Medical Lake Triathlon
The Medical Lake Triathlon takes place at Medical Lake Waterfront Park in Medical Lake, Washington. The event begins with a swim in fresh water Medical Lake, continues with an out and back bike course along Medical Lake Drive and Tyler Road SR 902, and finishes with a run around the lake.
Race distance options include:
- Super Sprint 1/4 mile swim, 11 mile bike, 5k run
- Sprint 1/2 mile swim, 22 mile bike, 10k run
Relay entries are offered for two person and three person teams with each team member choosing a leg of the race. Relay participants must have a USAT membership; one day memberships are available.
Participant benefits listed for entries include a pre race pasta feed, a long sleeve technical event T shirt, and a finisher medal. Entry prices range from USD 75 to USD 135 depending on race type and team size. The bike course is an out and back route and the run follows a loop around the lake; the sprint distance uses two run loops.
