The DQ 15th Annual Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike takes place on Sunday, August 23, 2026, in Medford Lakes, New Jersey. Events and distances
The race program includes:

- Duathlon: 2 mile run, 17.2 mile bike, 5k run
- Aquabike: 1/4 mile swim, 17.2 mile bike
- Triathlon Relay and Duathlon Relay
The swim takes place in a clean lake with a private beach. The bike is two loops on public roads totaling 17.2 miles and the run is an out-and-back course.
Logistics and race rules
Registration and packet pickup are digital only; athletes must sign up online and may only pick up their own packet. Photo ID is required for all athletes. Multisport participants must have an active USAT membership and follow USAT rules. Waves are scheduled three minutes apart. Wetsuit rules follow USAT temperature guidelines and will be applied based on measured water temperature.
There is parking available at PJ's, 61 Stokes Rd, Medford, NJ, with easy access to the transition area. Finishers receive a T-shirt and a finishers medal. Split results will be available on the event website on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
