DQ 15th Annual Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike
This multisport event takes place on August 23, 2026 at 90 Tabernacle Rd, Medford Lakes, NJ. It offers individual and relay formats across triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike disciplines, plus an Athlete Support Partner category for designated helpers.
Registration is digital only; online registration opens November 1, 2025 and closes December 31, 2025 for the listed race entries. Packet pickup is available before race day at Medford Running Co and on race day at the venue. Athletes must pick up their own packets and present photo identification; annual USAT members must present membership ID. Transfers, deferrals, and refunds follow Runsignup policies.
Course notes: the swim is held in a clean lake with a private beach, the bike course comprises two loops, and the run is an out-and-back route. Parking is available nearby at PJ's lot on Stokes Rd with easy access to transition.
Distances:
- Triathlon: 1/4 mile Swim, 17.2 mile Bike, 5k Run
- Duathlon: 2 mile Run, 17.2 mile Bike, 5k Run
- Aquabike: 1/4 mile Swim, 17.2 mile Bike
