Med City Marathon
Med City Marathon is an annual race weekend hosted in Rochester, MN and presented by ActivePT. The event comprises multiple road race options, a Health Street Expo with packet pick-up, and community-focused finish line festivals with live music.

The event is chip timed and accepts performances that can qualify for Boston. On-course support includes 13 water and nutrition stations. Awards are given for overall and age group results. Post-race activities at the finish area include live music and a post-race festival; beer is available for participants aged 21 and over.
Packet pick-up and the Health Street Expo are located at the Historic Chateau Theater and Peace Plaza; race morning packet pick-up is offered at the Rochester International Event Center. A shuttle service connects downtown and the start area, with additional shuttle support for the 20 mile start and relay exchange zones. Downtown parking ramps are available and parking is free in city ramps and on the street during the event.
The event maintains a severe weather and lightning plan. Race officials monitor conditions and may delay, pause, shelter, or cancel portions of the event for safety. Live tracking and race results are available through the RaceRecord mobile app. Volunteer, sponsor, vendor, and waterstop adoption opportunities are part of race weekend operations.
