Med City Marathon : Rochester, MN
Med City Marathon is an annual race weekend held in Rochester, Minnesota and presented by ActivePT. The 2026 event takes place May 16 and 17 and marks the event's 30th anniversary. Since 2022 the event has grown nearly 50 percent, introduced a Boston-qualifying course, and revised the finish line experience.
The event includes a Health & Wellness expo and packet pick up. The full marathon is chip timed and the marathon distance is 26.2 miles. Marathon entrants have access to water and nutrition provided at 13 stations. Awards are given for overall and age group results. A post-race party with live music is part of the weekend.
