Med City Marathon - Rochester, MN
Med City Marathon, presented by ActivePT, is a race weekend held in Rochester, MN on May 16 and May 17, 2026. The event marks its 30th year and features a USATF certified marathon that is eligible for Boston qualifying times. The finish line for 2026 is located in downtown Rochester.
The weekend includes a race expo and a block party with live midwest music. The full marathon is chip timed and course information is provided with maps. Support on course includes water and nutrition stations and event awards are given for overall and age group placements. There are relay options and multiple distance offerings to accommodate different race formats.
