McCormick 24 - Gig Harbor 2026
McCormick 24 is a timed endurance event scheduled for September 12, 2026 in Gig Harbor, WA and organized by Trail Therapy Running. The event offers multiple time-based race options on a repeated loop course.

The course uses a two mile loop with varied terrain and roughly 320 feet of climb per lap. The start/finish and the primary aid station are located in an open field within the park, about 0.10 miles from the main trailhead. Multiple canopy tents will be set up and a tent will be designated for runner use; participants may bring their own canopies but space is limited. Drop bags are permitted.
The aid station will provide basic, common food with a mix of hot and cold items. Skratch and water will be available throughout the event.
Parking near the site can be challenging. Off-road parking is available near the trailhead, and additional parking is listed across the street in the fire department lot and the fire department training lot.
Awards are given to all participants. Buckles will be awarded to participants who run 100 miles or more. Registration closes on Wed, Sep 9. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
