McCall Trailrunning Classic
The 15th annual McCall Trailrunning Classic takes place June 27, 2026 near Burgdorf Hotsprings in the Payette National Forest outside McCall, Idaho. The event features trail races on alpine singletrack and uses sections of the IMTUF100 original course.
Distances:

- 30K
The 30K follows the "Legend of Bear Pete" loop that was run from 2015 to 2019 and for 2026 is a clockwise loop with about 3,500 feet of elevation gain. The 50K starts on Willow and Jeanette Creek Trails, includes a climb of Crystal Mountain, then joins the Bear Pete 30K loop toward the finish.
Start and finish are at Pete Creek Trailhead and Campground, located 2.5 miles north of Burgdorf Hotsprings on French Creek Road. Free dispersed camping is available at the trailhead; additional paid and free camping and lodging are available near Burgdorf and at Secesh Stage Stop.
Registration closes June 24 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time. The refund policy allows a 50 percent refund until June 1 at 11:59 PM; after that date there are no refunds, no rollovers, and no bib transfers. If the race is cancelled for fire or severe weather, entries cannot be refunded or rolled over. Participants facing financial hardship may contact the organizers.
