Mayor's Icicle Ten Miler & Snowflake 5K : Wilmington, DE
The event on January 9, 2027 includes two road races held from the Central Branch YMCA in Wilmington, DE. Distances offered:
- Ten Miler
- Snowflake 5K
Packet pickup and in-person registration are scheduled the day before the race at the Central Branch YMCA. The ten miler has a course time limit of 2:20 and walkers are not allowed in the ten miler. Course maps are provided for both the ten mile and the 5K routes.
Amenities listed for participants include event T-shirts guaranteed for the first 250 registrants and finisher medals (100 for the 5K, 100 for the ten miler, and 50 for participants entered in both). A post race party will be held at Deco with complimentary drinks while supplies last; a cash bar will be available afterward.
Awards are given to overall male and female winners and to overall male and female Masters winners in both the ten miler and the 5K; there are no age group awards. Teams may register with a 10 person minimum for a team discount. No dogs are allowed due to insurance liability and bibs are non-transferable.
