Mayor's Cup 5k Presented by Sunrise Rotary

The Mayor's Cup 5K is a road race held at Plattsburgh City Beach in Plattsburgh, New York. The course is a flat two loop route that uses the paved Heritage Trail and the Karen Fleury Bike Path and starts and ends at the City Beach. The finish is located at Plattsburgh City Beach on Lake Champlain.

Registration opens April 20, 2026 and closes July 10, 2026. The published registration fee is $25 with a higher day of registration fee. Entry proceeds benefit Plattsburgh Sunrise Rotary. Participants receive a Mayor's Cup baseball cap.

Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers. The race will be timed by Adirondack Coast Events.
