Mayor's Cup 5K Presented by Sunrise Rotary Club

The Mayor's Cup is a community running event on July 11, 2026 at Plattsburgh City Beach in Plattsburgh, New York. The race distance is 5K on a two-loop course that starts and ends at the beach and follows the paved Heritage Trail and Karen Fleury Bike Path beside Lake Champlain.

Participants receive a Mayor's Cup baseball cap. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers. Timing will be done by hand by Sunrise Rotary volunteers and results will be posted online within a few days.
