Maumee Holiday Hustle 5K, Walk, and Elf FUN RUN
The event takes place on November 29, 2026, in Maumee, Ohio, with registration and packet pickup centered at the Maumee Indoor Theater at Conant & Williams Streets. The Maumee Senior Center presents a set of community runs and a walk tied to the local holiday parade.
Distances offered:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1.5 mile Fun Walk (non-competitive)
- 1K Elf Fun Run (children age 12 and under, untimed)
The 5K course starts and finishes in front of the theater, is accurately measured, and includes one water station. The first and last 1/4 mile of the race and walk follows the holiday parade route and is lined with spectators. The Elf Fun Run also starts and ends in front of the theater and is open to children 12 and under.
Awards in the 5K include overall male and female, overall master (40+) male and female, grand masters (50+) male and female, and age group awards at least three deep with no duplication. Special awards recognize best illuminated and most creative holiday costumes. The 1.5 mile walk is explicitly non-competitive.
Pre-registered participants by November 15, 2026, will receive a Holiday Hustle shirt; a limited number of shirts will be available later on a first-come, first-served basis. Refreshments will be available. Early packet pickup and late registration occur at Second Sole in Perrysburg on November 28. Entry fees vary by date and event.
