Mash + Dash takes place on November 28, 2026 at Alamitos Beach, 780 E Shoreline Dr, Long Beach, CA. Multiple race distances run on a beach path that begins and finishes at the same location.

The courses are out and back and remain entirely on the beach path. The course is not closed to other users, so runners must stay on the right side of the pedestrian path. Routes are marked and turns are indicated with chalk, signs, and flags.
On-course support includes two water stations and restrooms along the way. Bibs should be worn on the front of the shirt for timing and photo identification. A gear check is available at the registration tent; participants should bring their own bag for personal items.
Parking options near the start include a paid lot at $2 per hour and free street parking. Early bib pick-up is available at Sports Basement Long Beach on the second floor. All finishers receive a medal, and overall first place male and female winners in each distance receive first place medals.
