Martley Madness takes place on 19 April 2026 in Martley, Worcestershire, with Sport Martley Leisure Centre named as the race HQ. The event is organised by the Worcestershire Trailblazers and has a capacity of 200 entries. Entry fees are listed as £18 for affiliated runners and £20 for unattached runners. Chip timing will be used. Bespoke medals are planned for all finishers and trophies will be awarded in overall and age-category places for both male and female finishers. Proceeds will go to the Worcestershire Trailblazers and the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young (C.R.Y).
Course and facilities
The route is described as approximately 10ish miles, comprising about 8 miles of trail and 2 miles on public country lane. Trail sections include woodland, ascents and descents of Rodge Hill, and a section of the Worcestershire Way. Road sections follow mainly quiet single-track lanes and cross a B road twice; signage and marshals will be in place. A water station is provided approximately halfway; limited disposable cups will be available. Cake and fruit will be offered at the finish. Toilets are available at the start and finish area; there are no changing rooms or showers at race HQ. Free car parking will be provided within the grounds of The Chantry School adjacent to Sport Martley. Animals are not permitted.
