Mardi Gras 5K - Cleburne

The Mardi Gras 5K takes place on February 7, 2026 at Cleburne Golf Links in Cleburne, Texas. The event includes a course routed on the golf course and a separate youth Fun Run.

Distances and participants:

5K run on the golf course.
Fun Run for ages 4 to 18.

After the 5K there will be on-site food and drink options including king cake and burgers from the grille. A jester hat is guaranteed for racers who register by January 16, 2026. Registration fees are published for periods before and after January 16, 2026: 5K fees and Fun Run fees differ by registration date.

Awards are given by age divisions with 1st through 3rd places for male and female finishers in these groups: under 12, 13 to 15, 16 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 plus. A crown is awarded for the best dressed Mardi Gras King and Queen. Walk-up registration is available on race day. Pets are not permitted at the venue.
