27th Annual Marcus Jones/100 Black Men of St. Mary Parish 5k Run
This event is the 27th annual 5K run held in Lawrence Park, Morgan City, Louisiana. The course winds through historic Morgan City, much of which has been featured on the Travel Channel series Ghost of Morgan City. A one mile fun run for children aged 4 to 10 takes place before the main 5K.

All participants receive a bib and every race finisher receives a commemorative race medal. T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 100 registrants. Awards are given to overall male and female finishers and to the top three males and top three females in each age group.
