March for the Fallen 2026
March for the Fallen takes place 12 September 2026 at Riverside State Park Seven Mile Airstrip, 7 Mile Trailhead in Nine Mile Falls, Washington. The event offers timed run, walk and ruck options on measured routes and includes a virtual entry option.
Available distances include:
- 5 km run, walk or ruck
- 10 km run, walk or ruck
- 15.6 km run, walk or ruck
- Virtual choose your place and distance
All in-person timed events are fully supported and include awards for top finishers. Ruck participants must carry packs that weigh at least 35 lbs to be eligible for ruck awards. Virtual entrants receive a mailed bib and event tee and must complete their chosen distance by 21 September 2026 and submit results.
Registration opens 22 May 2026 and closes 4 September 2026. The registration fee is $30 per entry.
The event welcomes ruckers, runners, walkers, children and leashed dogs. On-site amenities noted by the organizer include event tees, ruck patches, dog tags, BBQ, a beer garden, historic military vehicles, lawn games, Kona Ice, face painting, raffles, and special pricing for ages 12 and under. A Discover Pass is required for Riverside State Park and its enforcement will be in effect.
