About the race
The Maratona Internacional de São Paulo is a road running event held across two days in April 2027, with associated races in different venues in São Paulo. Distances offered on April 4 include:

A separate 5k event called Corrida das Nações takes place on April 3 at Campo de Marte and requires registration as a combo with any distance of the main event. The main marathon arena is at the Obelisco do Ibirapuera and the Corrida das Nações arena is at Campo de Marte; both arenas list nearby metro stations and bus access for arrival by public transport.
Kit pickup is at the Expo Atleta in Parque Ibirapuera Oca on the days before and the morning of the races. All bib numbers include an electronic timing chip and must be worn on the chest without folding or covering; bibs are personal and nontransferable. The event provides aid stations with water, isotonic, snacks and medical support at multiple kilometre points along the courses, and there are articulated rules for guarda volumes including prohibited items and pickup deadlines.
The programme includes an Expo with partner services and a dedicated area for accredited sports teams subject to prior registration. Specific cut off points and course passages are defined for safety and timing control. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
