Course and route
The courses are described as fast and mostly flat. The start and finish are at the intersection of Summit Street and Jefferson Avenue. Runners head southwest on Summit Street from the start.
The route passes through Hensville, runs near the Toledo Museum of Art, and follows the Maumee River, crossing it twice. The course also goes through Glass City Metropark, past Hollywood Casino, and through the Rossford and Perrysburg communities. Additional scenery on the route includes the W.W.
