About the race
The ADAC Marathon Hannover is scheduled as the 35th edition on 11 April 2027 in Hannover. The event offers a programme of competitive and mass participation disciplines across city and Maschsee areas.
Disciplines include:

- Handbike Marathon
- Halbmarathon / Half marathon
- Nordic Walking Half marathon
- 10 km
- Staffel Marathon / Relay marathon
- Familientag races including Minithon, Kinderläufe, Schülerläufe, Familienlauf and R5K
Entry fees vary by discipline and registration contingent. Examples from the published fee structure:
- Marathon entry from 99 € up to 115 €
- Handbike entry 99 €
- Half marathon fees from 68 € to 82 €
- 10 km fees from 29 € to 45 €
- Staffel marathon team fees from 150 € to 190 €
- Family day fees from 8 € to 25 € depending on race
Participation requires acceptance of the event terms and conditions and compliance with the rules of the German Athletics Federation (DLV) and World Athletics. An online health questionnaire is provided for participants to check their fitness for competition. The organiser is eichels GmbH. Personal data collected at registration are used for event administration, timing and publication of results, and images from the event may be published.
