The Eilenriede Race in Hanover is an established summer running event that takes place through the Eilenriede, the "green lung" of the capital city of Lower Saxony. The fun run offers three distances: 5 km, 10 km, and a half marathon. The event is organized in cooperation with the Lister Turm neighborhood center and is part of the Sparkassen Running Pass Series in the Hanover region.
