Marathon de Rimouski
The 22nd edition of the Marathon de Rimouski is scheduled for September 13, 2026 at Place des Anciens Combattants in Rimouski. The event has been held since 2002 and offers several out-and-back races that run along the Saint Lawrence River.
The course is measured and certified by Athletics Canada. Routes are mostly flat with a maximum elevation change of 10 meters on the marathon distance. Times recorded can serve as qualifiers for some international marathons. The event holds a Gold sanction level from the Quebec Athletics Federation. The first and last five kilometers of the course are closed to traffic while the remainder permits low density, low speed vehicle traffic.

Services include aid stations and toilets on course, a professional medical team, electronic chip timing (SportStats), free bag drop, an official technical shirt, free downloadable photos, finisher medals, chocolate milk banana and water at the finish, space blanket coverage, and a post race meal included with some distances.
