Défi anaclois Desjardins

Défi Anaclois Desjardins is a running and walking event based at the Centre communautaire Régis St-Laurent in Saint-Anaclet, QC. The event presents timed road and trail races and walking options. For 2026, part of the event profits will be donated to youth activities supported by the local Lions Club.

Stated objectives include promoting healthy habits, valuing effort and fair competition, providing a safe environment for all ages, and supporting regional development and cooperation among local sports organizations.

Trail courses rely on special access granted by landowners and are open only on the day of the event; no trail maps will be published. The 2 km trail starts and finishes at the community centre in a nearby wooded area. Linear trail starts are supported by bus transport from the community centre to the start. The 16 km route begins at the covered bridge in Parc de Neigette, ends at the community centre, includes 380 m of elevation gain and has a 3 hour time limit. The 33 km route runs from Jardins du Mondrain to the community centre, includes 1 000 m of elevation gain and has a 7 hour time limit.
