Course and logistics

The course is an out-and-back route through Lake Wilderness Park that includes paved and gravel sections and a slight incline to access the Green to Cedar River Trail. The event will not be chip timed. Jogging strollers are allowed; children in strollers do not need separate registration but will not receive shirts. Dogs are not permitted on the course except service dogs. Bicycles are not permitted due to the narrow course. Water stations will be located near the Beach House before and after the race. Participants are asked to use the lower parking lots near the Lake Wilderness Lodge and arboretum; upper lots near the lodge will be closed for safety. Volunteers will be stationed at incline and transition points to assist as needed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
