Maple Grove Triathlon, Maple Grove MN, August 21–22, 2026
The Maple Grove Triathlon is a two-day multisport event held in Maple Grove, Minnesota at 8401 Dunkirk Ln N on August 21 and 22, 2026. The program includes triathlon and duathlon formats, plus a youth swim-run event. Races are offered as individual and relay entries; relay teams may consist of two or three athletes for specified races.
Race distances and formats include:
- International Distance: 30.3 mi, .93 mi swim, 23.17 mi bike, 6.2 mi run
- Sprint Distance: 14.73 mi, .47 mi swim, 11.16 mi bike, 3.1 mi run
- Super Sprint: 8.38 mi, .25 mi swim, 5.03 mi bike, 3.1 mi run
- Duathlon: 17.36 mi, 3.1 mi run, 11.16 mi bike, 3.1 mi run
- Youth Splash & Dash: ages 7–10 100 m swim and 1 km run; ages 11–15 200 m swim and 2 km run
Registration for the main adult events opens January 5, 2026 and closes April 1, 2026; youth registration opens January 5, 2026 and closes the day of the youth event. Entry fees vary by distance and relay option. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
