Manitou Monster 12K Run & 5K Run/Walk
The Manitou Monster event in Rochester, Indiana includes a 12K run plus a 5K run and a 5K walk. All courses are out-and-back routes that start at the Moose Lodge, follow Westside Drive and the Nickel Plate Trail, and finish on the beach of Lake Manitou. The event is sponsored by the Rochester Rotary Club.

Registration for the 5K events and the 12K has listed fees of $20.00 for each 5K entry and $25.00 for the 12K. Registration opens and closes on dates provided by the organizer.
Awards are given in multiple categories. Trophies will be presented to the top three overall male and top three overall female finishers in each race. Medals will be presented to the top three male and top three female finishers in each of the following age groups for all races: 8 and under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55, 56-65, and 66 and over.
