Manitoba RCMP 10K Run and 3K Family Walk
The Manitoba RCMP Run takes place at Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg on May 24, 2026. The event is presented by the RCMP Foundation, the National Police Federation and the Manitoba RCMP and is the inaugural edition.
Distances offered include
- 10 km Individual run. Fee CA$66.49
- 3 km Family run/walk. Fee CA$61.12
The event aims to support RCMP members' mental health and to raise funds for Special Olympics Manitoba and the NPF Benevolent Foundation. It gathers officers, families and community supporters to promote wellness, connection and inclusion.
A post-run celebration area will feature food and refreshments, community partner and sponsor booths, RCMP displays, Special Olympics information booths, music and family-friendly activities.
Important rules and practical information: no headphones or personal music devices are permitted during the event; strollers are allowed only on the 3 km route; pets are not permitted on the course; participants must remain on the designated route and wear bib numbers visibly on the front. Race kit pickup is scheduled for May 21 at City Park Runners 2091 Portage Ave and May 23 at RCMP HQ 1091 Portage Ave. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
