Event Overview
The Phoenix Manchester Feisty and Fluffy Phoenix Run takes place at Hardy Farm in Manchester. This event utilizes a riverside towpath that provides a flat and fast trail course with no elevation gain or loss. Participants navigate an off-road trail environment along the river.
Running Options and Distances
The event offers a flexible format where runners can complete as many laps as they choose within a seven-hour time limit. The minimum requirement to receive a finisher's medal is completing at least one lap.

Participant Information
The event is held under TRA and UK Athletics rules. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter, and distance restrictions apply for those aged 20 or under. Registration and bib collection take place on the day of the event. On-site facilities include parking for 75 cars at Hardy Farm.
Charity and Mementos
For every finisher, a donation is made to the Paw Purrs charity in Manchester. All participants who complete at least one lap receive a themed finisher's medal.
