MammothMarch Delaware Valley 2027
MammothMarch Delaware Valley takes place on May 22, 2027, at Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area in Elkton, Maryland. The event is a single-circuit loop covering 20 miles, with a total elevation gain of around 1,600 ft. The route follows scenic trails and creeks and uses mainly unpaved hiking trails, dirt trails, gravel roads and forest floor.
There is no timekeeping and participants who complete the distance receive a finisher medal and a personalized certificate. Participants who stop early receive a certificate stating the mileage covered. A cut-off time applies at either aid station for safety.
Aid and refreshment stations are positioned approximately every 5-7 miles and provide toilets, food and drinks included in the entry fee. Typical station offerings vary and include water, energy drinks, electrolytes, fruit, cereal or protein bars and sandwiches.
On-site parking is complimentary. MammothMarch Hiking Passes will be available for new participants, and returning participants may present their pass to collect 2027 event stamps. Merchandise ordered through the event store will be available for pick up at the event, while items ordered through the official online shop are shipped to purchasers.
