MammothMarch Boston 2027
MammothMarch Boston takes place on June 5, 2027 at Wompatuck State Park in Hingham, Massachusetts. The event uses the park's South Field as the start and finish area and explores the park's undeveloped trails, streams, and ponds across its roughly 3,500 acres.
The course is a single-circuit loop covering 20 miles with a total elevation gain of around 950 ft. Terrain includes paved and unpaved hiking trails, dirt trails, gravel roads, and forest floor. The final route map will be made available about two weeks before the event.
Support along the route includes water stops and aid stations approximately every 5 to 7 miles, offering toilets and a variety of food and drinks such as water, energy drinks, electrolytes, fruits, bars, and PBJ sandwiches. There is no official timekeeping for the event; participants who complete the distance receive a finisher medal and a personalized certificate. Participants who stop early receive a certificate stating mileage covered. Organizers note there will be cut-off times at aid stations for safety.
On-site parking is complimentary. Merchandise ordered through the event store is available for pick up on event day, while items ordered through the official online shop may be shipped. Lodging information will be provided later. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
