Malvern Hills Trail Half Marathon
The Malvern Hills Trail Half Marathon is a 13 mile offroad trail running event held on Saturday 24 April 2027 on the Malvern Hills. The course is varied and hilly and there is no cut off time. Places are limited and on-the-day entries are not permitted.
The race headquarters is at the Regents Theological College by the Sugarloaf Café (Elim Arts Centre, West Malvern Road, West Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 4AY). Parking around the race HQ is limited because of residential areas and the nature of the site.
The route begins on the grounds of the Elim Arts Centre and heads south across woodlands, fields and rolling hills towards Wynd's Point, then follows the ridge north before dropping down to the finish. The event is waymarked and GPX files and maps are available.
There are three well stocked aid stations on the 13 mile route. Feed and water are provided at the halfway point; feed, water and toilets are available approximately every 3 miles; staffed checkpoints are located at mile 3, mile 6 and mile 9.
Entry costs £35 plus VAT and includes race entry, free race photos, a donation to the Malvern Hills Trust, race timing, a signposted route, prizes or medals, feed stations and water stops, staffed checkpoints, event parking and physio support.
