Mallard Challenge : 16 April 2026

Mallard Challenge is a six-hour running event held at Kingsbury Water Park, B76 0DY. The route passes around five ponds and a river at the park. The venue is managed by Warwickshire County Council and has a cafe and a toilet block next to the event headquarters. Parking on site costs £4.95.

Course and format

The event uses a lap course of about 3.3 miles. Surfaces include grass, gravel tracks and short sections of asphalt. Ground conditions depend on recent weather; the park floods easily and sections may be sodden after heavy rain. Participants complete as many laps as they wish within the six-hour time limit.

Access and logistics

The park is about five minutes from Junction 9 on the M42 and ten minutes from Junction 7A on the M6. The nearest train station, Coleshill Parkway, is approximately five miles away.

Entry and distances

Entry uses tiered pricing: before 16/03/2026 the fee is £37; after that date the fee is £42. Unaffiliated entrants pay an extra £2. Distances reflect lap count: Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
