Coalville Santa Run 2026

The Coalville Santa Run takes place on Sunday 13 December 2026 in Marlborough Square. The event is a 5K route that runs over Snibston Colliery Park, through the Urban Park and past Belvoir Shopping Centre before returning to the start. The surface is a mix of tarmac and grass.

Entry is limited to 65 participants and the minimum age is one year. Entries close on 06/12/2026. Medals are not guaranteed for anyone registering after 27 November. Walking is allowed and the event is described as children and dog friendly.

Adult entry prices are listed with and without a Santa suit, children receive a Santa hat, and a family option is available. Limited parking is available on site and additional parking is available at Needhams Walk. The event is organised to raise funds for Glenfield Breast Centre and the Osbourne Building.

The organiser provides suits for adults and hats for children as part of some entry options. The course is described as flat to undulating and includes both off-road and paved sections.
