Malham Trail Half Marathon
The Malham Trail Half Marathon is held in Malham, North Yorkshire. The course begins and ends at the Malham Show Field and follows a route through several well known landmarks. Participants run through Malham Cove and Malham Tarn before tackling a climb toward Weets Top. This elevated section leads into a long descent providing expansive views of the surrounding landscape.
The event is the third race in the Due North Trail Trilogy. It is open to runners aged 17 and older. The course is partially way-marked, and participants must carry specific mandatory kit for safety. This kit includes a waterproof jacket, a hat, gloves, a mobile phone with a location application, and a personal cup or bottle as the drinks stations do not provide disposable cups.
