Main Street Half Marathon - Hunterdon

Main Street Half Marathon of Hunterdon

The Main Street event weekend in October in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, includes a half marathon, a 4 Miler, and a short Superhero Sprint for children. The half marathon route runs from the Red Mill area in Clinton onto country roads and finishes near Hunterdon Healthcare in Flemington. The course passes over a river, through woods, and along local roads.

An expo and packet pick-up are held the day before race day at Hunterdon Healthcare's Flemington campus. Very limited race day packet pick-up is available. Shuttle service is provided from Hunterdon Medical Center to the race starts; there are no return shuttles to Clinton after the race. Parking in Clinton for the half marathon start is on a first-come basis, with several nearby municipal lots listed as alternatives.

A finish line party at Hunterdon Healthcare follows the races and features food and local craft brews from Sunken Silo. The 2026 charitable benefactor is the Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center located at Hunterdon Healthcare in Flemington. The event presents vendor and community elements at the expo, including family activities tied to the Superhero Sprint and local businesses representing historic downtowns in the area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
