Event overview
The Main Street event in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, on October 17-18, 2026 includes a half marathon and a 4-mile race, plus an expo and a Superhero Sprint for young children. The half marathon starts in Clinton at Red Mill Museum Village, with a course that travels from the Red Mill through Clinton and onto country roads toward Hunterdon Medical Center. The 4-mile race starts near the intersection of River and Kiceniuk Roads and finishes at Hunterdon Medical Center. The Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center is the event's charitable benefactor.

Logistics and services
An expo and packet pick-up are held at Hunterdon Healthcare's Flemington campus. Shuttle service is provided from Hunterdon Medical Center to the race starts, and participants are bused to the half marathon start. There are no shuttle services back to Clinton after the race; parking in Clinton is available on a first-come basis. A finish line celebration is held at Hunterdon Healthcare's Flemington campus.
