Participant feedback in the listing highlights consistent strengths and recurring issues. Many reviews note friendly volunteers, accessible parking near the start, available toilets close to the venue, and generally good organisation and timing. Common operational concerns include narrow sections of the course, sharing the path with cyclists and dog walkers, limited signage and marshals in some places, and water stations that some found poorly placed or insufficient on hot days. A small number of reviews mention a steep amphitheatre area at the start and occasional confusion around start arrangements or lane splits for the two distances. Finisher medals and printed results are part of the event experience, though a few runners reported inconsistencies with medals or presentation.
The event listing shows an aggregate rating of 4.4 from 143 reviews, reflecting a mix of positive comments about the route and community atmosphere alongside practical suggestions about signage, marshals, and hydration points. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
