Event
The Maidstone Riverside runs take place on Sunday 10 May 2026. The routes start and finish in the Hermitage Millennium Amphitheatre, across the river from David Lloyd Health Club in Maidstone town centre. This is the third year the riverside routes are held.
Details
- 10 km: north along the riverside path, turnaround near Aylesford, return to the amphitheatre.
- 10 miles: north along the river, turnaround near Aylesford, cross the footbridge, upstream to East Farleigh and return.
The course is fully signed and marshalled. There is bag storage, refreshments, finishers medals and podium trophies. Chip timing will be provided by NE Timing. Toilets are located in the market building at the rear of Lockmeadow. The 10k has two water stations on the out-and-back; the 10-mile event has additional water provisions. Entry fees are £25 for the 10k and £30 for the 10M; the same fees apply for on-the-day entries. Numbers and timing chips are not posted and must be collected at registration. Free parking is available in Maidstone Market car park on Sundays. In-ear and over-ear headphones are not permitted; bone-conduction headphones are allowed.
