Magnolia Blossom Festival 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Run
The Magnolia Blossom Festival hosts a community running event on Saturday, May 15, 2027 in Magnolia, AR. The event includes two distances:
- 5K Race/Walk
- 1 mile Fun Run (non-timed; limited to participants 12 years old and under)
The 5K course features the Hospital Hill Challenge: the last half mile is uphill and is timed separately. The fastest male and female hill climb finishers receive cash prizes, with ties broken by overall race time.
Registration for the 5K is online only through Race Roster and closes at 12:00 PM on Thursday, May 13. There will be no race day registration for the 5K. Participants who register by April 16 are guaranteed a shirt. Fun Run pre-registration also closes at 12:00 PM on May 13; in-person Fun Run registration is available on race day at the 5K finish line.
Packet pickup for 5K participants is available beginning May 13 through 12:00 PM on May 14 at Magnolia City Hall. Race day packet pickup is available the morning of the event but will close promptly to allow staging. Chip timing uses disposable bib tag chips; participants who do not wear their assigned bib will not be timed or eligible for awards.
Awards include cash prizes for overall adult winners and age-group awards for runners and walkers. The event proceeds in inclement weather unless conditions pose imminent danger; refunds are not provided. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
