Magna Carta Summer

The Magna Carta Summer race, organized by Hermes Running, takes place in scenic Runnymede, Surrey, near the historic site where the Magna Carta was signed in 1215. The event features 10K, half marathon, and marathon distances, all starting by the River Thames at the Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club. The courses are flat, fast, and out-and-back laps along well-established river paths, offering beautiful views of the Thames.

Turnaround points are clearly marked and marshalled, with well-stocked checkpoints providing energy drinks and food.
