Mad Dash - Conover
Treetop Adventures, in partnership with the North Carolina Boys Academy, stages a multi-part outdoor event at Treetop Adventures on Lake Hickory in Conover, North Carolina. The event welcomes participants of all ages and uses tree-lined courses and an on-site adventure park setting.
Event offerings and distances include:
- Mad Dash Challenge - 300 m swim, 10 obstacles, 5K run
- 5K - 3.1 miles
- Kid's Fun Run - distance for children
The North Carolina Boys Academy is described as an adolescent men’s boarding school focused on character and leadership development. Proceeds from the event will be used for Camp David on Barrett Mountain in Alexander County, a new adventure location opening in 2025.
