The Macclesfield Running Festival takes place in Macclesfield, UK, with start and finish at the athletics track of Macclesfield Leisure Centre and a town-centre location on Priory Lane (SK10 4AF). The event offers fully road-closed races that run on professionally measured, single-loop routes that head into the Cheshire countryside and pass through town streets.

Each kilometre on the course is marked with distance flags. Marshals are positioned around the route to guide and support runners. The event includes aid stations and communities of spectators, with additional support from Macclesfield Harriers AC. Live performances from local bands are scheduled near the course.
