Lumberjack Mile
The Lumberjack Mile is a community one mile road race in Stillwater, Minnesota, held on Sunday, July 19, 2026. The course starts on McKusick Road and finishes at Pioneer Park, with the finish area positioned to align with the town parade.
Registration opens June 1 with tiered entry fees: $25 from June 1 to June 21, $30 from June 22 to July 18, and $35 on race day. Discounts for families are available through multi person pricing.
The event is presented in partnership with Lumberjack Days and sponsored by Run With The Wild. Organizers note the course is not yet certified and that an alternate route is being considered for 2027. There will be no bag drop and no prizes or age group awards. Post race snacks will be available at the finish line. Results will be posted online via WayzataResults.
The organizer enforces a 20 minute time limit to ensure the course is clear before the parade. Strollers are permitted in the race. Dogs are not allowed. The organizer does not offer refunds for weather or other unforeseen circumstances because many event costs are committed in advance.
