Lumberjack 5K
The Lumberjack 5K is a community running event held in Farwell, MI on July 18, 2026. The course uses the Rail Trail along Superior St, proceeds down the trail past Beaver Rd to a turnaround point, and returns to a finish on Superior St. Registration and packet pickup take place at the pavilion in Village Park on Superior St.
Registration for the event opens March 1 and closes July 16. The regular registration fee is $25; same-day registration is available for $30. T-shirts are available while supplies last.
All participants receive a medal. A raffle drawing features prizes from local businesses; winners must be present to claim prizes. A pancake breakfast is available to event participants.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the City of Farwell. The Village of Farwell supports many aspects of the local community and the event contributes funds to those efforts.
