Lula Last Person Standing
Lula Last Person Standing is scheduled for December 31, 2026 in Lula, Georgia. The event uses a repeated 5K loop with about 100 feet of elevation gain per loop. Runners must complete each loop within 45 minutes; that requires an average pace of about 14:20 minutes per mile. Any leftover time between loops may be used for fueling, hydration, and rest.
The overall format eliminates runners as they drop; the last person remaining in each division is declared the winner. There are separate Male and Female divisions for Last Person Standing. Milestone awards are given to participants who complete these totals:
- 50K
- 50M
- 100K
- 100M
The event will be live-streamed via Summit TV. Race headquarters will be a converted barn on the property with restrooms, a cafe, and an indoor/outdoor bar that overlooks a pond and part of the course. The venue sits on 125 acres of rolling hills, forests, and open meadows, includes three ponds, and borders the North Oconee River. There is crew space near the start and finish.
On-site lodging and camping options include premium Timberline glamping tents, RV and camper parking, and primitive tent space; participants receive discounted reservations. Registration opens July 4, 2026, closes September 30, 2026, and the registration fee is $60. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
