The in-person start and finish are located in front of Tuolumne Veteran’s Memorial Hall at 18375 Fir Ave, Tuolumne, CA 95379. Race village activities include music, vendor gear called Luc’s Loot, and a silent auction; in inclement weather the Race Village will be moved inside the Memorial Hall. Free street parking is available throughout Tuolumne, and participants are advised to allow an extra 10–15 minutes for parking and walking to the site.

Virtual participants submit results online. Registration is open through race day. Proceeds from the event support a legacy foundation that awards scholarships for educational advancement and self development. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
