Event Details
Lucifer's Crossing is a trail running event held on May 31, 2026. The races start and finish at the old Y Camp, which is uphill from the South Shelter (cabin area) in Lower Robert H. Treman State Park near Ithaca, New York.
The Course
The course runs through scenic park trails. The route includes the Rim Trail, ascends stairs, drops into the Gorge Trail, goes left up the Red Pine trail, crosses the entry road, and connects with the Finger Lakes Trail for a single-track descent to the finish.
There are three race distances:
- Half Marathon: Runners complete two loops of the course.
- 6.66 Miler: Runners complete one loop of the course.
- 5K: Runners complete an abbreviated opening loop.
Registration and Amenities
Registration includes event entry and a park entry fee. An event t-shirt is provided for entrants who register before May 1st. Post-race food is provided by Fitnell Farms. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
