Love to Run Manchester Heaton Park 10K
The event takes place on Sunday 7 February 2027 at Heaton Park, Bury Old Road, Manchester. The race is held on a multi-lap, traffic free course within the park and uses chip timing.
Available distances include:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
- Couples Relay each runner completes 5K
The course is described as flat and multi terrain. Distance markers appear every kilometre and there is a water station at 5 km. Every finisher receives a bespoke finisher's medal. The event provides bag drop, toilets and changing facilities. First aid is available and refreshments are provided. Parking is available though public transport is recommended.
Entry options specify an affiliated fee of £23.00 and an unaffiliated fee of £25.00. Entry places are limited to 500 and entries on the day incur an additional £5.00. Registration takes place at the race headquarters in Heaton Park.
Prizes include individual awards for the top three men and women, age group awards (first in M40+ and L35+ where at least five finishers qualify), and team prizes for the first men and women teams where three scoring members and at least three teams compete.
