The 2025 Louisville Fall Festival Glow 5K Run/Walk takes place on Friday, October 24, 2025, in Louisville, Illinois. The event is presented by the Louisville Rotary Club and is held on and around the village square at 111 Chestnut St. The run is an after-dark, glow-themed 5K course through the Village of Louisville and begins on the square in front of the Clay County Courthouse immediately following the pageant. Downtown will be closed for festival activities and parking is available throughout the village. An awards ceremony will be held after the race.

The registration fee is $25 and includes a bib, a goodie bag and a t-shirt. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by October 10 at 11:59 p.m.; any remaining shirts after that date will be distributed in order of registration until they are gone. Same-night registration and packet pickup are available at the Louisville Rotary Tent in front of the Village Pocket Park and Genealogical Society on the Square. In-person sign-ups end shortly before the start. Course rules note following signs on the right side of the road, not crossing the finish line if a participant does not finish, and walkers or strollers should start at the back.
