Logistics and race details
Packet pick-up is available at the race venue; participants receive a bib, safety pins, and a t-shirt. Shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations completed before March 15; registrations on or after that date are not guaranteed the requested size. Awards are given to the top three overall men and women, top masters men and women, and by multiple age groups; largest team awards must be claimed at the event. The 5K course is an out-and-back on a paved trail at Cove Lake State Park. Light refreshments will be provided after the race. Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K or 1 Mile course; walkers are permitted.
Virtual participants may complete the 5K on a course of their choice during the virtual window and use the RaceJoy app to record and submit results. Virtual participants receive an event shirt at packet pick-up but are not eligible for awards. A referral reward offers a $5 refund after five registrations via a participant's personal referral URL.
