Los Dos Indoor Duathalon
Los Dos Indoor Duathalon is a two day indoor cycling and running event held at Inwood Athletic Club on May 2 and May 3. Registered athletes compete in time based efforts on indoor cycling bikes and treadmills, with distances recorded for each segment.
The event format consists of a 20 minute cycling effort, a 10 minute transition period, and a 30 minute run or walk. Distances achieved in each segment are recorded and used to determine awards in multiple categories. Prizes will be given to the top three male and female finishers in overall combined distance, cycling, and running. Registered athletes receive a custom unisex short sleeve t shirt and a finisher medal.
Entry fees are tiered by date: $32 for registrations through March 31 and $37 for registrations April 1 through April 30. Virtual participants must pick up their packets in person; virtual participants are not eligible for Los Dos awards but are eligible for run3 swag. Race day registration and group registration are not available.
Packet pickup is available the day before the event and on race day at Inwood Athletic Club. A bike will be available at packet pickup for athletes who wish to adjust seat and handlebar settings. There are 12 waves each day with up to 12 athletes per wave; athletes choose their wave via the link provided on the registration receipt. Results will be posted after completion of the final wave on May 3 on the run3 website. No refunds are issued for inclement weather or cancellation.
Los Dos is the first race in the 2026 run3 series. A run3 bundle for all three races is available February 1 through March 31 and includes free custom run3 swag. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
