Loonie Loops

Website Registration

The Loonie Loops is New Brunswick's first and only 24-hour trail race held at the YMCA Glenn Carpenter Centre in Saint John, NB. This unique event offers participants the choice of 6, 12, or 24-hour race durations on a scenic 3km loop trail around Ashburn Lake, featuring 90 meters of elevation gain per lap and a lookout with views of the lake and Loon Island. The course is moderately technical and set entirely on private land.

The event emphasizes personal goals and endurance over competition, with aid stations every 3km, a festive atmosphere including a BBQ party and live bands, and camping options available. It supports the YMCA Strong Communities Fund. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
