Long(ish) Run, Little Scarfs
Long(ish) Run, Little Scarfs is an in-person trail run with a communal meal afterwards, held at Little Scarfs in Stockport. The running element covers about 10 km on trails that pass rivers and meadows and may include encounters with Shetland ponies and some balsam bashing along the route.
Participants meet outside Little Scarfs at 17A Lower Hillgate, Stockport SK1 1JQ. Runners are advised to bring trail shoes if available; a bag drop is provided at the venue. The event is organised by RB4C and takes place on site at Little Scarfs.
After the run there is casual, family-style dining in a closed courtyard at Little Scarfs. The meal offering includes a main course and ice-cream; the stated cost is £25 per person, payable on the night. Soft drinks and wine are available to purchase separately. The courtyard is closed to the general public during the dining portion.
Little Scarfs operates as a space between a restaurant, a creative studio and a community area with a focus on handmade pasta.
