Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 10k
The Cancer Research UK London Winter Run is a ten kilometre event through central London taking place on Sunday 21st February 2027. The route runs on closed central London roads and passes several world famous landmarks.
Participants encounter live music performances and larger winter-themed characters along the course. Many entrants walk sections of the route rather than running the whole way. Runners receive an official finisher medal at the end of the event.
The event is delivered in partnership with Cancer Research UK. Since the first edition in 2015, more than 100,000 people have taken part and the event has helped raise nearly £8 million to support cancer research. The 2026 edition attracted over 26,000 participants.
