Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 10K
The Cancer Research UK London Winter Run is a ten kilometre route through the heart of London. The course passes live music performances, larger-than-life winter characters and a number of world famous landmarks. The event takes place in winter and includes on-course entertainment and seasonal features.
The event is delivered in partnership with Cancer Research UK and has raised more than £7.8 million for the charity since it began in 2015. Over 100,000 people have taken part across its editions. In 2026 the event attracted over 26,000 participants. Many entrants cover the full route while others choose to run parts and walk at other points. A finisher medal is issued each year and many participants return annually to collect the latest edition.
