Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 10K
The Cancer Research UK London Winter Run is a ten kilometre challenge through the heart of the capital. The route passes world famous landmarks and features live music performances and larger-than-life winter characters. Many participants mix running and walking along the course.
The event began in 2015 and has since grown to become the largest 10k in the UK. It is delivered in partnership with Cancer Research UK. More than 100,000 people have taken part across editions and the event has helped raise nearly £8 million for cancer research.
The event presents an annually updated finisher medal that many participants collect each year. In 2026 over 26,000 people signed up to take part. The next scheduled edition will take place on Sunday 21st February 2027 and will include familiar event features alongside new additions.
