London Calling
London Calling is an event organised by Long Player Running on the North Dorset Trailway at Blandford Rd, Shillingstone, Blandford Forum DT11 0SQ. The route runs past Shillingstone Station (1863–1966) and offers views of Hambledon Hill and the River Stour. The course is mixed terrain and follows an out-and-back layout.
Participants may choose their own distance, ranging from short distances up to an ultra-marathon. Laps are 5.3 km / 3.28 miles each. All finishers of one lap or more receive a medal.

Numbers are issued on the day at race registration before participants start. An aid and drinks station is located at the start/finish of each lap and will offer a selection of savoury and sweet items. There is also an area to leave personal items. Organisers do not provide plastic cups. Toilets are available at the start/finish area.
Parking is available at a cost of £6 per car. The event is hosted in partnership with the Big Yellow Bus Garden Project; donations to the charity are invited.
