Run Loch Lomond 2026
Run Loch Lomond on 20 June 2026 is a festival of running organised by West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust. The event comprises three races held in and around Balloch: a 10 km race, a 5 km race and a children's Fun Run.
The Loch Lomond 10K continues the Vale of Leven 10K tradition, now into its 38th year, and accepts participants aged 15 years and over. Route maps are published for the event and entry fees are listed for affiliated and non affiliated runners.
The Loch Lomond 5K is held entirely within Balloch Castle Country Park, offering views of Loch Lomond, and accepts entrants aged 11 years and over. A separate route map is available and entry fees differ from the 10K.
The Fun Run is organised by West Dunbartonshire Leisure and takes place at the Moss O' Balloch site G83 8LE, with all participants finishing through the 10K finishing gantry. The Fun Run is for children from babies up to Primary 7 on the day of the race and has a nominal entry fee.
