Run Loch Lomond 2026
Run Loch Lomond is a festival of running organised by West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust on 20 June 2026. The event program comprises a 10 km race, a 5 km race and a children's Fun Run. The Loch Lomond 10K continues the Vale of Leven 10K tradition and is into its 38th year.
The Loch Lomond 5K route is held entirely within Balloch Castle Country Park and includes views across Loch Lomond. The Fun Run is organised at the Moss O' Balloch site (G83 8LE) and all Fun Run participants finish through the same finishing gantry used for the 10K.
Entry information published for the event includes standard prices: 10K entry fees listed at £26.50 for SA affiliated runners and £28.50 for non SA affiliated runners; 5K fees listed at £19.50 for SA affiliated runners and £21.50 for non SA affiliated runners; Fun Run entry listed at £3 for both SA affiliated and non SA affiliated participants.
Age guidance for the races is stated as follows: the 10K welcomes runners aged 15 years and over, the 5K welcomes runners aged 11 years and over, and the Fun Run is for children from babies through to P7 on the day of the race.
